Production Treatment: Constantine, Fiona, Rita & Tanesha

Music Video: 'Foundations' by Kate Nash
Duration: 4:00
Audience: Our target audience will be 15-24 female teenagers. The reason we chose this target group is because our song (Foundations) is about a girl who is trying to stop her relationship from failing and we believe that the target group of 15-24 females are more likely to find themselves in a similar situation or sympathise with the situation being sung about in the song. We do not believe that the video is likely to appeal to an older group of females (such as 25+) because usually that's when most couples are married or in the process of getting married and therefore they don't have to face the same situations as the situation featured in the song.
Resume: The narrative of the video will about a girl who's relationship is failing but tries to stop it from failing. The genre of the song we will be using is Indie Pop. We will use narrative performance (such as lip syncing and acting) to help us carry out the narrative in the video. Expected shots/scenes include: Teddy bears made to look like they are blushing, the word 'foundations' being spelt out letter by letter through the use of stop motion with a DSLR, a girl falling off a swing and many more.
Suggested Elements: Minor narrative performances from Rita, frequent use of items related to the song e.g. lemons, sunglasses, teddy bears etc. (a list of further props can be seen in a blog post dedicated to props)
Recording Days: TBA/TBC
